Most camera bags are boxy and hurt your lower back. This bag is sleek, so it feels like a hiking bag rather than a camera bag. It is equipped with 3D spacer mesh for comfort, adjustable sternum straps, and hip straps with built-in pockets.

Zion Backpacks are smaller than your average camera bag because they are made sleek and ultra-protected. It has three solidly padded camera pockets, and if you have larger gear there is a padded velcro divider in the main compartment that can expand 2 of the pockets.

Your Gear is Protected

We build this bag with 2cm thick foam padding all around to protect your gear from falls. It also has water resistant fabric and a built-in rain fly to stay protected from the elements.

Frequently asked questions

The hydration pack pocket is created with a waterproof lining so even if your hydration pack busts, it won't get on your camera gear. The exterior shell of the bag is water resistant with a built-in rain fly as well, so you should be protected from heavy rain as well. 

All bags are estimated to arrive in Q4 of 2023 before the Holidays. 

We hope to have bags in hand before Summer 2024!

The bag shown in all video and photo content is prototype #3. It is very close to production but we still have plans to make small improvements and tweak the cover from light grey to dark grey. What you see is fundamentally the same bag you will receive.
